Hi
I have tried reset button do not seem to be getting led sequence as posted on other posts.
After reset internet white flashes slowly then goes back to leds as Flashing Red Light, two solid Orange lights.
Not sure about re-sync do I need to deregister then re-register ?

I spoke to vodafone business help desk ( Andrew Wood ? ) he had the tech support sync account.
Leds this morning power red on , internet solid orange pressed reset switch connection in progress
started and completed all working fine.
Not sure where ip address comes from i am a virginmedia customer ?
