VSS3 flashing red power light, internet light off, other 2 lights solid orange.
Has not worked for several months.
Have tried reseting it. De-register and re-registering. Different ethernet cable, different router port. Router shows it is connected to it and has been assigned an IP via DHCP.
Speed test results:

Please provide the following information so we can look into this further for you:
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
Please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.
We'll then be able to determine if the problems are specific to your location and router or with the Sure Signal itself.

Still flashing red with two orange lights can you please check the device is registered?. I cannot believe the so called plug and play device is so poor. We have had another sure signal device connected in the office and that worked fine. At present (the company sure sire signal) is not connected but the setup for that device was register and it configured OK.

I've checked the Sure Signal serial number and we can see it's registered, but has not connected since the 14th September.
If you've tried the Sure Signal in another location (friends or families house), please make sure that IPSEC is enabled within your router settings.

It is connected at my work place at the moment so i dont really want to start playing with company settings.
Please remeber we are not all IT engineers and throwing acroynm after acroynm at us is not much use. This device appears not to be plug and play. Vodafone should probably spend some time and effort creating videos on troubleshooting or how to set up port forwarding or walking customers through issues like im experiencing. As you can gather im really not impressed.

Testing the Sure Signal at a different location will help establish if the issue lies with the set-up or device.
I'll feedback the suggestions you've mentioned regarding the help videos.
