VSS3 flashing red power light, internet light off, other 2 lights solid orange.
Has not worked for several months.
Have tried reseting it. De-register and re-registering. Different ethernet cable, different router port. Router shows it is connected to it and has been assigned an IP via DHCP.
Speed test results:

Anyone ?

I'd say with a solid red power, and solid white lights, it should be connected and to the network and working.
The fact you have no boosted signal is a concern.
Once you got your superhub, how long did it sit flashing and configuring itself? Or is this configuration still setup from when you had it working at work?
If there is a chance it still thinks it is at work, try resetting so it can recreate the connection where it is now.
I am guessing it boosted the signal fine and your phone connected to it ok at the other location?

Its hard to say about the signal strength when at work as we have good signal at work. The IT guy said he could not see the VSS on the network?, although they had configured OK well solid red and 2 white lights. I was just glad to see the VSS configuring as i was starting to think the box was faulty. The new hub has bee running since sunday evening. I did attempt to reset the VSS but will try again tonight.

Please go through the process of deregistering your Sure Signal and registering it again to see if this refreshes it. Let us know how you get on.

Hi I have de-registered and registered I also reset the VSS. I am back to the steady power light and 2 white lights. But the phones are still sitting at 1-2 bars.

Well this morning I awoke to full signal strength and when i make a call it is routed to the VSS. My partners phone however is still not registered, she seems to have 2 bars most of the time.

Ok thank you, I added her number on my laptop at home. But looking at the users you are correct it still says one user. I will add her number again.

According to my account there are 2 users. My phone works fine. My partners phone still has no signal.

I’ve checked your Sure Signal records, your wife’s phone is registered with the device.
Please ask her to restart the phone is range of the Sure Signal as this will force it to reset the connection with the Vodafone network and will connect to the Sure Signal device.
