VSS3 flashing red power light, internet light off, other 2 lights solid orange.
Has not worked for several months.
Have tried reseting it. De-register and re-registering. Different ethernet cable, different router port. Router shows it is connected to it and has been assigned an IP via DHCP.
Speed test results:

I have hit the reset button for aprox 1 min and it boots back up with the same situation. Are you able to see the device?, is there anything else I can do?. Next week I will hopefully have the company sure signal to try here at work and at my home.

Are you using the VM Superhub as your modem at home?
If so, there is a setting in the Advanced -> Firewall menu to do with allowing VPN through (i can't for the life of me remember what it is called) but take a look and see if anything jumps out as being the correct option and try enable/disabling it.

Hi I am not using the Virgin super hub. I have the original ntl modem which is then connected into a Belkin N600 router (I think N600 can check when in from work).

The N600 has been known for not being friendly to VPN connections trying to pass through it, however i think there may have been a firmware upgrade for it to make it less fussy.
If you log into the router, does it give an option to search for and install any updates?

At work at present I will check tonight and see if i can do the necessary upgrades.

Hi the Belkin router is the following F7D2301 v1. If i click the check firmware button it claims it has the latest version

Can you get Virgin to send out a new router for you
Have a look around the menus and options, and see if there is anything that relates to VPN Passthrough, or IPSEC Passthrough, as that tends to be what needs to be enabled for routers that have issues.

Well i have the company VSS and my VSS connected. Our IT wizz has done something to the network and they both appear to be slowly configuring to action (Steady red light and two white at present). At least i now know the VSS is ok and it's my setup at home.

Hi I have changed over to the virgin Superhub. my VSS at present is displaying a red light. A white internet light and a white signal light. Is this now configured?.
