Sure Signal V3 - Flashing Red Light, two solid Orange lights

i have tried three sure signal boxes and each one just has a flashing red light and two solid orange lights on the left. i have contacted the on-line team several times but all they do is apologise and say it is a Vodafone problem but they cannot tell me what the problem is or when it will be fixed. We live in an area of very poor Vodafone coverage and without Sure Signal we have no or little signal. Can someone please tell me what on earth is going on and when i can expect Sure Signal to work again.

i spoke to my broadband provider and they know it is a Vodafone issue but they know nothing about what the problem is

@Hantsdavid @newbienic Apologies for the delay.

With the light sequences you're seeing, this does indicate an authentication failure.

Please speak with your Internet Service Provider and advise them you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel.

If you're using a static IP address, please advise them that you're trying to set a VPN tunnel and the IPsec is being blocked on an internal firewalled server within their network.

If you're using dynamic IP addresses, please advise your Internet Service Provider that you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec packet is being fragmented in transit.
