Mobile will not connect to Sure Signal

Have spent at least three/four  hours working with  line chat line. Re set the device 4 yes 4 times red light solid, first two white lights lit but my phone will no connect. Has worked fine since first purchased now I cannot connect what to do chat is a waste of time round and round the houses

May I ask if you've tried toggling off 4G on your phones settings to force it onto 3G to see if that helps. 

Below is the Vodafone Official Troubleshooting Guide and There is an 'Issue Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone  Social Media Team to look over.
