Please can a member of the support team check my sure signal setup on the server.
It has worked for years and nothing has changed my side however last week it just stopped and has flashing white lights. I have tried reset but hasn't worked.
Serial number is 40111077166
Thanks

I'm sure the Social Media Team here will try to help you.
In the interim It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.
From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

@Pedsteruk - The light sequence you’re seeing, indicates that your Sure Signal is going through the registration process.
It’s showing it’s now made connection with the network at 10.51pm yesterday.
I hope everything is ok for you now.
If it’s still not working, please let us know if the light sequence has changed.

Yes is working since yesterday, so thank you to whoever actually fixed it.
Just a shame the support for these is so random and sporadic.
