Sure Signal has stopped providing signal to my phone (iPhone 7). Spoke to live chat earlier & they assured me they had re-synced it so it would be working within 6hours. It has now been more than 8hours, Twitter helpteam referred me here.
This had left me with no signal in my home. I have followed the trouble shooting steps.

The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
