Hello,

 

This device has been recently upgraded from a v2 as it had stopped working. Please find the diagnostics details below.

This device has been functioning correctly at another location, and has since been de-registered and re-registered to the new location where it is failing to connect.

Hi Foysal,

 

Welcome to the eForum. :Smiling:

I can see your Sure Signal hasn't synchronised for some months. I've pushed a manual sync through for you to see if that helps. To complete the process, please:

 

  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.

 

The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour. 

If it doesn't, I'd have a word with your ISP to see if they can increase your speeds. They're currently under the recommended 4.13Mbps recommended for Sure Signal V3 to work.
