Hi,
My Sure Signal V3 is mis-behaving.
My mobile (Galaxy S7) is receiving a strong signal which must be coming from the Sure Signal. My issue is that I'm not receiving phone calls or text messages, although I'm able to make calls.
The Sure Signal has the correct lights illuminated on the Sure Signal, red power and the first two lights are white as per usual.
My broadband speed test result was......
Ping: 19ms
Download: 74.92Mbps
Upload: 18.07Mbps
I'm using Vodafone fibre and the test was done on Speedtest.net
The Sure Signal was working okay, but I began noticing the problem getting worse a couple of weeks ago, but now I'm certain that there's an issue as I've had people knocking on my door to tell me that they've just tried calling and were getting my Voicemail.
There is only one mobile number assigned to the Sure Signal.
The Sure Signal was brand new at the begining of this year.
Any ideas?
