Hi Guys,
Our Sure Signal V2 died last weekend and we got a V3 last week.
So far the V3 has been unable to connect.. We're getting a flashing power light, and solid amber for the phone and cellular lights.
I've opened ports on the router to match vodafone doucumentaion: https://www.vodafone.co.uk/cs/groups/public/documents/webcontent/vftst061123.pdf
And the sure signal is getting a IP address via DHCP.

The light sequence you’re getting indicates an authentication failure. Please speak to your Internet Service Provider.
If you’re using a static IP address, please advise them that you’re trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec is being blocked on an internal firewalled server within their network.
If you’re using a dynamic IP address, please them that you’re trying to setup a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec packet is being fragmented in transit.
Once you’ve done this if it's still not working, please post back with your Sure Signal serial number and your external IP address from here.

Thanks for getting back to me!
We've tried contacting ISP and done all of that.
We have swapped out the sure signal to test and the new ones serial number is: 42173721418
I'd prefer not to advertise the public IP could I PM you it somehow?
