Sure Signal V3 not connecting

My Sure Signal lis all plugged in but after a few minutes the Internet (circle with an arrow going around it) icon just flashes (white).  It has been flashing at me for a day or 2 now.

 

Vodafone help suggests I use Live Chat, but there are never any agents available.

 

Any suggestions would be welcomed!

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.

 

There is an 'issue not listed' option ' where you can run a traceroute and post the results back here. 

 

Also customer support on 191 can help. 

 

Live Chat is best accessed via a computer with pop up blockers on and content blockers off. 

 

Using a different browser can help.
