Sure Signal not working Again

My Replacement Sure Signal3 stopped working last night, having worked for  nearly a month solid. Now getting a red flashing light and the last to icons solid orange. SN 42163167622

 

I have reset both router and Sure signal, but no change.

 

Please Help

Truly the WORST customer service ever, no wonder they now have the worst reputation for customer care. + 24 hours and they cant even be bothered to reply!
