Sure Signal V3 not working

Hi, 

 

Recently changed broadband provider to BT. since then my device is not working. Have ensure all port forwards etc are correct still no joy. Also re-set the device and it's still not working. 

 

Any suggestions?

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Everything looks okay and I can see that the Sure Signal’s showing as last connected on 09 May at 22:14.
