My old V2 stopped working and I obtained a Sure Signal V3 Serial No 40130435643 but even after trying resets and all the troubleshooting advice it still has a Red Flashing light and only a steady light on 3. PLEASE HELP, I replaced the cable rebooted the router and carried out a trace results as follows:
