Hi,

I have just bought a Sure Signal V3, and registered it and followed all the instructions. The Sure Signal is flashing red, and has the 1st light shown as orange.

I have been through all the steps in the other threads but nothing is working. The internet I have at home is a bthome hub. Can you please help me with this? It is for my mum's house, and there is little or no reception there, and she must have some reception so we can call her for emergencies as she is recovering.

Sure signal s/n: 40123624864

If anyone could help???

Hi Paul,

It was working fine yesterday from about 4ish to around 8ish (which was the last time I checked), and now my broadband keeps cutting out. When I unplug the sure signal, my internet works fine, as soon as I plug the sure signal back in again, I lose the broadband connection and the wireless drops, but my sure signal continues to work with full 3G reception on my phones. The router is downstairs and the Sure Signal is upstairs, so I don't think that it is interfering.

Any suggestions?

Hi anishap,

The Sure Signal has deinitely registered now, so that's a good start.

I'm wondering if it's the router that's cutting out rather than the broadband. Do you have another router you can try at all, or is there someone who can lend you one, just so we can test this with everything else the same?
