Sure Signal V3 with Plusnet Router

Hello

I have a VSS 3 and have Plusnet as a Broadband supplier.

My VSS is registered online but when plugged in it doesn't get passed the internet flashing stage.

It has been sat there for 18 hours so I think I have given it enought time!

Can someone please give guidance for the next steps.

It says at the link that it can take up to 24 hours to register.

So I'll wait another 5 hours .....

Ok. 

If you need to then after the 24 hours speak with customer service on 191 or Live Chat.

It registered ok.

Took 21 hours and works fine.
