Sure Signal Vers 3 Registration Error

Hi, I've been trying to register a Sure Signal vers 3 on the Vodafone website but it continually displays an error after entering my details. "Sorry – there seems to be a problem. We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1013" I've tried using different browsers and clearing my cache but without any luck. I bought the device second hand and I was wondering if it could still be registered to another account. My Sure Signal serial number is 40124242047 Thanks

You’ll need to contact the original owner, as only they can deregister it.
