Hi
I have an issue with my iPhone in that, although it picks up a signal and I can see that it is connecting to the Sure Signal, I never get 3G. The 3G symbol on the phone appears from time to time but only for a split second then disappears.
I have five dots in the top right hand side of the phone indicating full signal strength but the 3G symbol doesn't show. As I say, I can make and receive calls on the phone so it is connecting to the Sure Signal at some level. When on a call the light to indicate that it is connected is on.
The phone number that is registered in to the Sure Signal was originally in a blackberry but is now in an iphone4, the blackberry always showed 3G
Any ideas?
Thanks
Michael
