Sure Signal Version 2 stopped working

I have had a SS V2 since 2012 and it has been relatively reliable ever since.

 

However, for the last two weeks it has stopped working. I have tried a standard and hard reset. The red light is on and the two white lights (bars logo and phone logo) flash for a while and then go out.

I now have a steady 'bars' white light and an intermittent 'phone' white light that comes on for a few minutes andthen disappears, only to reappear some time later. However, even when all lights are on I have a full signal on my phone but not in 4G (to which I am a subscriber and had before this fault)

I have a SureSignal 1 but I have the same issue in that it has stopped working over the past 2 days and I have lights 1 & 2 on solid but it cannot generate a 3G signal.

 

I had this issues some years back and Vodafone had to regegister my machine on their systems. Not sure if any config changes/servoer moves have been going on VF side but can I request that my box is reset. 

 

As you can see below I can ping as far as Vodafone server but then it gets lost...
