Sure Signal Version 3 & BT Home Hub 4

Hi,

 

My Sure signal and Home Hub have been working fine up until recently. However now, when people call our mobiles, they are unable to hear us or can only hear the odd word. We can hear the other person fine.

 

I have a Samsung S4 and my partner an iphone 5S.

 

Vodafone have tried resetting the Sure Signal and we've tried switching networks and back to Vodafone again. None of these have worked.

 

I've also checked with BT who are currently observing our line and router. Any ideas what might be causing this as it is proving a nightmare as we run a business from home.
