Sure Signal - add contact

Anyone know how to add a contact to my SureSignal.  I've logged in to the website, my SureSignal is registered to me, as I already have about 6 phones associated with it, but can't seem to find the right page.

 

Last time I think I had to do a google search that came up with some obscure link to a page which worked.

 

The FAQ says log in to My Account, then under Sure Signal, select Manage Users.  This simply doesn't exist.

 

You'd think this sort of thing would be a the top of the screen in big letters, not buried away somewhere difficult to find.

Hi higenbs1,

 

When you log into your online account you should see the “My Sure Signal” option at the bottom right hand side if you scroll down the page.

 

If you select this, you can then select “Manage my Sure Signal” and choose “Add/Remove Users”.

Thanks for responding.  I've checked at the bottom right, and it only says "Vodafone Sure Signal" nothing about "My Sure Signal".  Clicking on that takes me to this page that either just then hangs indefinitely, tries to sell me a new Sure Signal, or just says "Sorry, we're updating our site".

As I said before, this should be the easiest thing in the world to do.  I suggest a word with the website developer.

We can't view the link as it's within your personal My Vodafone pages. it's only available when you've logged in

 

Are you a Pay Monthly or Pay as you Go customer? Once you've logged in, the section is in a different location for each.

 

For Pay Monthly, it can be accessed from two locations:

 

 - A red box just right of bottom centre between "My Details" and "Support". 

 - The drop down list you see when you hover over "My Account (Logged in)" in the top right of the screen.

 

For PAYG, it's under the menu on the left of the page:

 

 - Click on "Manage my services".

 - Click "Sure Signal".

 

If you're not seeing it in any of these places, can you post a screenshot of what you do see? You can cover up any personal details like name or number - it's just the layout of the screen and any errors that we need to see.

I'm a pay monthly customer.  I've hovered over the login tab and just get the words "Welcome Samuel" and logout, nothing else.  The login screen has no options of "My Details" or "Support":

 

I've attached the screen showing me hovering over the login tab (Screen1) and the bottom of the screen (Screen2).

 

When I click on Vodafone Sure Signal is asks me to login again, even though I'm already logged in.  I do this, and it asks me if I pay monthly.  When I select the monthly option it then asks me to put my mobile number in, which I do and click ok.  It then says an error has occurred.  Clicking on anything then causes the screen to hand indefinitely.

 

Not sure why but it seems to keep logging me out between screens.  Sometime it will say logged in and then the next screen it will ask me to login.
