Hi,
I am having problems adding new users to my sure signal. I have been getting the following message for the last few days
"Sorry, there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 1013 - [2b1]"
Anyone any ideas what to do?

Hi,
If using another browser or clearing cache and cookies does not help when accessing the page then usually glitches like this self resolve.
In the interim you could speak with customer service on 191 or Live Chat and ask them to add your Vodafone mobile numbers.
