Sure Signal connection problems

Hello,

 

I have recently installed a Sure Signal device (SN42142837931) into my office. I have manged to link my mobile to it and it works fine. However, although two colleagues's Lumia 820s are shown as registered and switched to 3G, neither of them work via the Sure Signal and stubbornly show no mobile reception.

 

Any help gratefully appreciated.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
