Hi I used to have a version 1 sure signal which suddenly stopped working. I tried on here and got no help fixing the issue. I bought a version 3 from ebay as was suggested due to Vodafone having no stock.
The new one has a steady power light, flashing internet light no other lights show and it keeps turning itself off and on again.
I have a bt home hub 4 and I have turned off smart set up. I have tried new ethernet cables. It is showing as connected in my hub manager page. The ethernet green power and amber light flashes as it should.
My speed test is 6.98 download and 0.35 upload

This has been ongoing for about three months now and my home phone bill is now costing a fortune as I cant get any Voda signal at home. Please help I threw the old one into the bin and spent £100 on the new one and its obviously a problem elsewhere.
