Sure Signal no longer appears in My Account

I have used a Sure Signal (SN. 4011312****) for several years and it has always worked perfectly. I have successfully used My Account to manage users in the past.

 

However, I have just tried to register my wife's new Vodafone phone on iy and found that there is now appears to be no Sure Signal registered in my account! It was there a week ago as I modified the users then.

 

I have checked the Sure Signal and it is plugged in to both power and network, although only the power light is lit.

 

Can you please give some help to get it to reappear in My Account.

A quick update.

 

After several attempts I suceeded in re-registering the Sure Signal with exactly the same details as previously. I'm still not sure why it disappeared from My Account but it now seems to be working..............time will tell!

 

All very confusing.
