hello
i have a sure signal model 9361 home cell v2-v has stopped working more than a week ago.
our internet at home is fine there has been no changes whatsoever , no new sim cards, no electricity cuts etc.. it just has suddenly stopped working
on re-start, the sure signal will blink a few times on all the lights like they are dialing --- then nothing happens.

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
