Sure Signal has worked for last 7 months. Over the weekend I lost my phone signal and when checking the Sure Signal there were no lights. Checked the power source and that's OK. Factory reset is meaningless as you can't tell if it resets. Anyway, still no lights!
Does the unit need replacing?

We have a second Sure Signal in our office. We exchanged the units and the 'broken' unit lit up. This suggests that the fault is in the power supply adaptor.
We tried to interrogate the unit but there was no response as no power was getting to th eunit.
