Sure Signal not working - all four lights solid green

My Sure Signal worked briefly after moving house and changing postcode etc. Now it doesn't and all four lights are solid green.

• I've tried deregistering then registering and also a hard reset. Neither made any difference.
• I've also restarted the router (Virgin Media Super Hub)
• I've tested the ethernet cable and it works with other devices. Sure Signal ethernet port lights on but no lights on at router end (router ports work with other devices). Sure Signal does not appear in the list of connected devices on the router.

Serial number is 21197073691

Can you help me please?

I have exactly the same symptoms with the same model.  Did you manage to confirm the hardware fault and will it be eligible for replacement still?  Serial number on this one is 21197045954.
