My Sure Signal has not now been wroking for over a month.
I have run through all trouble shooting offered on the Vodafone web site and run through the "Standard" Scripted requests from the "Tech" Team.
Can one of the tech team run a check for serial number 40132128154 to ensure they can see the box from Vodafones side?
Tracert results attached

This is curious, mine has been broken for the exact same time. I even went and bought a new suresignal to replace my existing one and that one is not working either
Are you with Plusnet by any chance?|

Hi pbickerd
No I am not on plusnet, it is BT.
Simons message now coupled with yours is leading me to suspect an update may have caused this problem.
It is weird that your new device is not working either. I take it there has not been any changes with your broadband which could have caused your problem?

Out of interest, what type of broadband connection are you guys using with BT / Plusnet? Is it FTTC / Fibre as opposed to ADSL? If so, are you using a HomeHub5 router by any chance?
Just curious - we recently switched from ADSL broadband to FTTC (Fibre) with Plusnet using a HomeHub5... our Suresignal worked fine with the HomeHub using ADSL broadband, but despite our best efforts could not be persuaded at all to connect using the same HomeHub5 once our line switched to FTTC...
We ended up replacing the homehub with a Billion 8800AXL vdsl router; at which point the SureSignal connected first time without needing any specific configuration on the router.

Hi
Mine is Plusnet ADSL (BT Whole sale). There is no LLU/FTTC in my area.
Im using a Linksys x3000 and there have been no changes with it.
Im going to try another router over the weekend. My gut feeling is my problem is at my ISP and if ive tried multiple routers and two sure signals hopefully this will trigger them to look a bit more closesly at my issue

Hi @CJK_89
Please try the Sure Signal at a different address using a different ISP.
Hi @pbickerd
Keep us updated on what happens when you try a different router.
Thanks for your help too @stephensont :smileytongue:
