Hi

Sure signal (ALU 9361 Home Cell p3.0) has just died...no lights at all.  Tried in different sockets, but still no lights.

Is there an internal fuse that can be changed?

Serial # 40130427459

Thanks, Phil.

Hi

Info requested as below.  I don't think that this is an internet connectivity issue...there are just no signs of life from the SureSignal device.

Please let me know what i need to do to get a replacement under warranty (purchase date 08/03/13) as I currently have no mobile signal at my house.

Regards, Phil.

Hi pcroxford,

To be honest it does sound like a faulty Sure Signal and as it’s a sealed unit, there isn’t any fuse that you can change yourself.

As it’s still covered by the warranty, we can get this repaired free of charge.
