Hi there,
I have two iPhones and an iPad and neither have signal at the moment. On checking our Sure Signal (mk 1) box, I can see that three out of four lights are working, but the third (with phone icon) is out. I've been through your trouble shooter, tried resetting twice and nothing's worked.
Can you please, please help? As business customers, we rely on our phones for work and this is costing us dearly.

Yep - tried all of that, thanks. Have spoken to Vodafone twice and they say it's a widespread Sure Signal issue.

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
