Hi There
I recently upgraded my phone from an Iphone 5 to an Iphone 5S 4G
I also upgraded my wifes phone from an Iphone 4 to a 5C
Since then the signal in the house ranges from no signal to 2 bars , it was previously a full signal
Am I missing something do I need to reset the system in some way
Also since I had the suresignal my own number is not visible in the managment screen but it says my phone is registered , very confusing
Any help or ideas would help
Simon

Hi Simon,
Welcome to the eForum.
De-registering your Sure Signal and registering it from fresh will usually sort out the management issues you're seeing.
Signal strength can vary between models, even if they're from the same manufacturer. Are you able to test your SIM card in your iPhone 5 so we can rule out a local fault?
This troubleshooting guide will also help you to check the essentials.
Cheers, Ben
