Hi,
I've had a Sure Signal since June this year and its worked fine until the last couple of days.
The power light is on and the other two white lights are on and solid. I've tried a reset but that hasnt worked.
The serial number is 42151299197
Speed test came out at 25.92 download, 9.27 upload
IP address 109.158.200.156
I only have an iMac so I'm not sure how to do a traceroute request.
Ping 33ms
Any help would be much appreciated as my signal at home is virtually nill.

Tried Vodafone again, they removed my number from the box and added it back again. As yet still not working, next step a new SIM card apparently.
Cant even log into my Vodafone because of the new security, no reception on my mobile to get the code, and moved recently so it's my old land line number. I'd change it to the new one if I could log on!
Getting very frustrated with Vodafone after many years with them

Hi - I have had same issue for last few days - Not sure if it's related to a firmware upgrade to my Vodafone connect router, but now no phones are connecting to VSS - Red light on solid, first and second lights on White solid
But signal no good on all of the devices registered...
