Dear Forum Members,
Our Vodafone Sure Signal (latest version) stopped working with BT Home Hub 3.
A few days ago, the following happened:
- the power indicator (red) still works
- the white internet light is off, not flashing white either
- the white service light is off, no orange light either
- the white user light is off too, not flashing white either
We have un- & re-plugged the device but it did not make any difference.
We have pressed the rest button but it no effect either.
Does anybody have a suggestion how we could resolve our problem ?

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
