Hi - had a power cut this morning and the SS stopped working - checked forum and did factory reset.
For over an hour it went through the circle of lights and the first two lights were steady and the fourth light flashed but then all lights go off and the cycles starts again - this happened about 5 times but now only the power light is on and nothing else - please help as we have no phone coverage at all.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Same problem - done all the resets and testing and speaking for vodafone techincal and still sure signal does not work.
