Hi christophemags.
As the Sure Signal is not connecting with us currently, please let me know what lights are showing on the Sure Signal.
Also post the details as follows:
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
Thanks

Hi,
Experiencing similar issue with Sure Signal 1. Box working perfectly then suddenly stopped working. Have tried several resets and no joy.
Can you check if an upgraded firmware is available please

Hi folks,
@ryanvodafone - Your Sure Signal can't be seen by our servers. As such we can't send updates to your unit.
It's been failing for some time, please try setting the Sure Signal up on an alternative internet connection. You'll only need to test it at a friend or relatives for an hour or so. This will rule out a faulty Sure Signal.
@JohnReed5 - Your Sure Signal software update has failed today just after 1pm. As it's timing out, please try resetting the unit as well as trying another Ethernet cable from the box to the router.
This will help rule out a hardware fault.
Cheers,
Ben
