The issue you’re experiencing:
I just connected a sure signal, with the ethernet cable connected to the router and I can't get it to work. I can see the device in my Super Hub settings and I opened up all the ports in the router that were mentioned. I also registered the sure signal in my vodafone settings online. The first non-power light is flashing most of the time, and the second one is off. Ocasionally both the lights (system and mobile) will start flashing and then go back to the first light flashing (system light) only.
