Problem connecting sony xperia z5 premium to SureSignal V3

Hello,
 
My SureSignal appears to be correctly connected and awaiting calls, however my Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is not establishing a link with the SureSignal. I've set the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium to 3G voice and data.
 
The SureSignal serial number is 40130609486.
 
I have upgraded from a Sony Z1 and never had any bother with it and the sure signal. I have only had the Z5 now about 3 weeks now and it has never connected to the sure signal.
Hope you can help really soon.
 
 
Could you check whether my SureSignal has the latest firmware and re-sync?

Hi there

 

Have you deregistered the handset, waited 24 hours and registered it again?

Have you tried deregistering the SureSignal, waiting 24 hours and then registering it again?

 

These steps can often help sort out your issues.

Hopefully the DeRegister and ReRegister tip will help. 

 

If not then I've read that  "Customer service support-> Call 03333 040 191 then take option 2 three times and finally option 5 – straight to the Sure Signal team" maybe able to assist.

I think i Have found the problem and got it sorted .   For some reason my sure signal was not registered , but i do not understand why because i had it registered and was working with my Sony Z1 .  I never de-registered so how it happened is very odd.

But thanks to everyone for your advice
