My sure signal stopped working pretty much when me and my partner upgraded to ios 10 on iphone. All the lights displayed on the sure signal are fine and i have reset it and turned it off and on again. Please help reg no 42151664804 . thanks

I think I've seen similar threads.
I would suggest to de register for 24 hours and then re register the number.

So I have tried un registering for 24 hours, this did nothing. I still have all lights working correctly on the v3 sure signal but no signal on any iphone devices. Please can i get some help with this issue asap. Sure signal serial no is 42151664804 thanks

I've performed a re-sync on your Sure Signal today.
Please leave the Sure Signal for 6 hours, and then complete the process by doing a factory reset:
If this doesn't work, please could you provide us with the following information;
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
