Sure Signal v3 on. iPhone can't connect

My Sure Signal v3 is on but my iPhone can't seem to connect to it. Nor can any of the other registered users. Is there a way of testing it?

Can you try turning off 4G off in the phones to see if that forces them to connect to the Sure Signal.

There is an 'Issue Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone Tech to look over.
