Hi,
I went away for 3 weeks Dec/Jan, during which time I powered off my Sure Signal V3. Upon return and powered it back on last week, and I'm still not getting any signal from it. I've tried doing a reset (held down the reset button for 5-6 seconds), tried leaving it unplugged for a couple hours, to no luck.
From my router, I can see the device has an IP and has an IPsec tunnel to 212.183.133.177:

Serial is 43163737802. It's a newish Sure Signal, got it in November and worked fine then.

Hi,
Please take a look at the Sure Signal Trouble Shooting thread as it may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.
There is an 'Issue Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone Tech to look over.

Red light on, first two white lights on.
The last (right most) white light is off. This is the phone light I think?

I talked to Live Help, they advised to take it into a store for a replacement, so have done that, and they are going to repair and return it to me. Hopefully it'll work then...

Update - they replaced the unit rather than fixed it, new unit works fine.
