My Sure Signal version 2 has been great but this morning we had a power cut. Now I get no signal and no lights show on the Sure Signal, not even the power light. I have tried rebooting and leaving unplugged but still nothing. Any ideas?

Thanks but exactly the same result. I have spoken with BT whohave advised that their checks show no problems with the router and all other attached devices are working fully.

Thanks for all your help. In the end I decided that the fault was with the sure signal which I have replaced and all is up and running. It would appear that the power outage which frazzled the power source also frazzled the product.
