Can anyone share with me a step by step guide on how to set up the SS2 with my Draytek 2760n router please?

I don't think the 2760 is VPN aware, so the usual gotcha of needing to look in VPN + Remote Access -> Remote Access Control and turning off the various services... shouldn't apply here, but check that it's not a menu option anyway.

 

If the suresignal has been registered through the website, and your users setup.

What is or isn't happening when you plug it in following the guides in Ian's link.

 

The 1st use could take a number of hours to sync and download all of the configuration settings.
