Hi,
I've happily been running 2 iPhones on a V3 Sure Signal for a couple of years but recently upgraded my wife's iPhone which needed a SIM Swap to a Nano SIM. Since then I cannot get this phone to connect, despite de-registering/registering, removing/adding this phone on the dashboard and re-setting the Sure Signal.
My iPhone (admin) gets a full 3G signal from the Sure Signal.
Serial number of Sure signal is 40130420777
Can you help?
Glen

Hi @glenc73
This can sometimes happen when you swap your SIM as the VSS uses the SIM's ID number for authentication.
You will need to get Vodafone to manually force a resync of your VSS, Live Chat should be able to arrange this for you. Once they've synced you'll need to reset your Sure Signal for the changes to take effect
If you still have issues after this post back and we can troubleshoot some more
