Suresignal No Connection despite firmware update

I called yesterday and was told my Suresignal had received a firmware update (It is a version 1). Its over 24 hours and my suresignal is showing 3 yellow lights but the 4th doesnt light when I call and my signal is lousy. Can you address please?
