Resolved! Suresignal 1 has correct lights but no 3G signal

My Suresignal 1 has lights 1,2 & 4 on but I have no 3G signal.  I have 4 phones registered and none can receive a signal.  I have tried to re-set and swithched on and off but this does not make any difference
