hi this is my first post please be kind!
have a bb curve 9320 on contact since july last years all has been fine
I noticed my emails were being opened over nigt (not sure if relevant)
on the 28th i stopped getting emails the very slow internet then it stopped
I weighted a couple of days then started phoning vodaphone every day ............. several times a day...... even on chat.... they told me it would be down for a week
I think i have spoken to dozens of people
we have deleted service books, hosting tables batttery pulls, new email accounts set up battery pulls changed to 2g changed to other networks then back again they all promise it will work then promise to ring back.......
I cant face another day on the phone.
i tried the sim in another phone and it worked!
so its the phone
i dont know what else i can do everything was fine till the network had problems(i know others who had problems but theirs all returned.
ohh and i cant add my email account as i only have bb enterprise service option??? eventhough when i ring they say normal bb pay monthly is activated
sorry if i have gone on not sure what eles i can do xx thanks for any help

oh i forgot to say i also backed up the phone and did a full back to factory settings (as advised by vodafone) so i hv nothing on the phone and can only phone and text

as long as you tested the sim in different phone and it worked so it will be the phone ,it is either software or hardware,you treid backup and reset to factory setting but have you tried to do software reload/update ,if you treid that option and still the same i would suggest to send your phone away for repair
