Hi
Just purchased a MotoG and am unable to set up the email settings on my phone
Have called/been to the Shop and no help
Have a homecall.co.uk account (talktalk) and have the settings and port etc and still nothing
It allows the POP3 settings but when you get through SMTP it says cannot connect?
Can anyone help as phone only 2 weeks and on its way to the bin very soon!

Is there a specific message you are getting?
Quite often ISP will not allow external networks to access their SMTP servers, are you trying to set up over your home WiFi or the mobile network?
If it is on mobile connection try again whilst on WiFi to see if this works, this would prove that talk talk are blocking the connection from Vodafone.
If indeed the above is the case you woudl need to have a look at another option for sending emails.
