Sure signal 1 not working

Hi,

My sure signal 1 has stopped working, since before Christmas. All 3 lights are on but when I make calls the third light does not come on and I have limited signal in my house.
I have tried resetting it as per your troubleshooting help, but it still does not work.

Please could you try and re set your end and check everything is working.

I've checked and can see you're on an older version of software so I've pushed the latest one through.

This will take around six hours to complete, during this time please don't reset or unplug the Sure Signal and after this time, restart all the handsets connected to refresh the SIMs.

See above feed for serial number etc. Please could you check this again please.

All three lights are on but when I make/receive calls the third light does not come and my signal is awful! There are 3 phones connected to the suresignal in our household and none work.

i can'tget a response from Vodaphone about linking my phone to the sure signal box.
